Cajun Chicken Pasta
If you love spicy and creamy pasta, then this Cajun Chicken Pasta recipe is for you. The Cajun spice adds a nice kick to the dish, while the cream sauce balances out the heat. Here are the ingredients that you will need:
- 1 pound dried linguine pasta
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
To make this dish, first cook the pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook it in a large skillet over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the chicken broth and heavy cream and bring the mixture to a boil. Easy Chicken Pasta
